Terms & conditions

By signing up to use the Ashesi Zen studio I understand the following:

1. I will disclose all the details needed to confirm my booking

2. I will wait for confirmation of a booking via e-mail

3. I will inform studio managers of any changes in my booking time or cancellations

4. I will submit the keys to the studio manager only

5. I will maintain the equipment at my disposal and will not use it without confirmation from the studio manager

6. As faculty, I will not always leave students unattended at the studio

7. As a student, I will only allow those that I have informed the studio manager about to have access to the studio at that time

8. I will not bring food and drinks inside the studio except water

9. I will not tamper with the equipment at the studio

10. In adherence to the COVID-19 measures, I will always have my mask on at the studio unless I am recording.

11. My booking can be terminated if I display unprofessional behavior and disregard the equipment within the studio

12. I will be held responsible for any fault with the equipment or the studio in general during my booking time
